If the house defendants would be able to think clearly or get good legal advice they would drop Karen Read from their defamation case and just proceed against turtle boy. (And I acknowledge that TB has a number of strong defenses too but thats not the point of this post)
1) The only statements that arguably have any chance are the statements made to Terry Meurer which according to my understanding were never published. So very minimal damages.
2) Her Anti-Slapp argument is very solid
3) She is uncollectible.
4) They will have a very difficult time legally tying her to turtleboy to satisfy a conspiracy theory and even if they do again she is uncollectible.
5) The jury would have much more sympathy for them if they just proceed against TB instead of trying the whole trial to convince them that Karen who is a much more sympathetic defendant was somehow involved.
However if their point is just to satisfy their own personal animosity toward her by keeping her named as a defendant regardless of the merits or negative effect on the dollar amount they can potentially recover, they would keep her in the lawsuit despite the detriment to their own case.
The reason they feared returning Karen Read’s phone was because they have illegally accessed her phone and had deleted her location data of the 29th, the day the real suspects beats up officer John O’Keefe leaving him on the lawn of Brian Albert with the hope of framing Lucky the plowman for his death.
Matthew Farwell received his phone back the same day he gave it to Mass State Police.
Karen Read still doesn't have 2 cell phones back that were given in Feb 2024 over witness intimidation charges that a grand jury did not indict her on.
Matthew Farwell is currently on trial in federal court for the murder of Sandra Birchmore.
Karen Read was acquitted of the murder of John O'Keefe in 2025.
Do you know that finding a dying Police Officer ( Officer John O’Keefe) in the lawn of another Police Officer Brian Albert at 34 Fairview does not require the house and occupants to be subject of investigation?

Justice is coming for Officer John O’Keefe.

Norfolk County officials refused to pursue a state grand jury of Matthew Farwell for killing Sandra Birchmore - even after a meeting with Federal investigators.
After review of more evidence, supplied by the Feds, the medical examiner changed Birchmore's manner of death from "suicide" to "undetermined".
Similar to the John O'Keefe death investigation, Massachusetts State Police assumed an immediate conclusion of how Sandra died before any investigation was started. They worked from the point of view that she had killed herself. This would deeply affect how the investigation would continue.
Witnesses almost immediately came forward to implicate Matthew Farwell. Some police officers from MSP, Canton and Stoughton would chose to ignore these statements - some would use it as leverage to target those who questioned the narrative.
In the current Federal trial, it is important to know that we are only getting a small sampling of what happened to Sandra. The focus of this trial is her, which is the only thing that matters at the point in time.
However, when trial is over and the jury comes back with a likely "guilty" verdict, keep your eyes peeled on Canton, Stoughton, MSP and the DA's office. Because it is of my opinion that Farwell's trial is only step 1. The Birchmore investigation is complete. The O'Keefe investigation is complete. But it seems like something is coming up the pipeline and the Federal government has only just gotten started.

Three men all murdered in Norfolk County (2 in Quincy, 1 where DA Michael Morrissey was present) that all had missing video footage of the events surrounding their murders.
Coleen Crawford, long employed by the Norfolk County DA's office as their video forensics personnel, is directly involved in the handling of all 3 cases.
🔹️O'Keefe's case having a myriad of missing and doctored footage from Canton PD, the town's street cameras, neighborhood cameras, and John O'Keefe's own home. Most of which we have never seen in their raw/unedited form or at all.
🔹️McCallum's video footage of the exterior of the bar when he was killed magically went missing. Speculative that's because Morrissey was present. If so, it's likely this very footage would've shown the DA present for the murder and would have to explain why the brothers weren't charged for months even though he witnessed the incident.
🔹️Boudreau's bar video footage of his murder also went missing. His estate later sued Crawford and Lt John Fanning. Crawford and Fanning were once connected in business for video forensics (business absolved February 2022).
What we are uncovering is systemic governmental corruption in the county that's been proven with the very court system built against unraveling their lies. All 3 cases experienced the same thin blue line protection that allowed John O'Keefe's murderers to never be investigated, Chris McCallum's murderers to be left off with minimal punishment, and Keith Boudreau's murderer to be protected.
