🚨 BREAKING: Alabama prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for all eight people charged in the torture and execution of 20-year-old Mahogany Jackson in Birmingham.
Jackson was handcuffed, stripped, and subjected to hours of abuse that the suspects filmed. She texted family early on February 25 that she was being held hostage. Video later showed her being stomped on, spit on, dragged naked by her hair toward a car trunk, and forced to perform sex acts at gunpoint.
She was shot in the back of the head and her body dumped at a site known locally as “Dead Man’s Road.”
The eight indicted on capital murder, kidnapping, and sodomy: Giovonnie Clapp, Blair Green, Teja Lewis, Si’Niya McCall, Airana Robinson, Brandon Pope, Francis Harris, and Jeremiah McDowell.
Veteran investigators called it one of the most gruesome cases they’ve ever seen.
Prosecutors are moving forward with no mercy.
Death penalty for all of them.

But they decided NOT to investigate it further.
FBI and HSI agents in Minnesota opened the case in summer 2016 and reportedly found "some evidence" that her 2009 marriage was a sham meant to get green cards for a man suspected of being her brother 🤯
So why did it stall? Reportedly because prosecutors decided the five-year statute of limitations had run out. It wasn't because the claims were debunked...
Democrats are screaming "political persecution," but Obama's own agents were the ones digging into this first. That narrative just collapsed!
But the Trump DOJ is HELLBENT on making sure nobody is above the law, not even Omar.

🚨JUST IN: An American Airlines flight attendant used her free travel perks to fly to Florida and help scam a 75-year-old woman out of more than $25,000.
Destiny Blake, 24, of Brooklyn, was arrested at Miami International Airport by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on a Flagler County warrant. Authorities say the scheme began with a fake Publishers Clearing House call telling the victim she had won. She was directed to send a $500 gift card and later withdrew over $14,000, with Blake receiving $14,220 in cash and Zelle payments.
Blake then flew standby from New York to Daytona Beach using her employee benefits, stayed in Palm Coast, and visited the victim’s home for about 15 minutes. Investigators later linked her to 88 unauthorized charges totaling over $10,500 on the victim’s cards, including Apple products, Uber rides, and an eBay order shipped to her address. Total losses: approximately $25,310.
Sheriff Rick Staly said most flight attendants use their benefits to see the world, but Blake used hers to target a senior. She faces felony charges for organized fraud against a victim over 65, identity theft, and grand theft. She was released on a $30,000 bond.

🚨BREAKING: A suburban Chicago man was just sentenced to two years in federal prison for organizing hundreds of staged armed robberies so fake “victims” could apply for U-visas.
Parth Nayi, 29, of Woodridge, ran the scheme from 2022 to 2024. He recruited people, paid store owners to use their businesses, coordinated fake robbers, and coached the participants. Each fake victim paid him $5,000 to $30,000.
The staged robberies happened at coffee shops, restaurants, liquor stores, and gas stations across the country so the “victims” could claim they were crime victims and apply for the special visas meant for real victims who help law enforcement.
Judge Mary Rowland sentenced him to two years — a year more than prosecutors requested — and fined him $50,000. Prosecutors called him the main organizer at the center of nearly every staged robbery and said he significantly corrupted the U-visa program.
This is what happens when the system is not checked. The Department of Justice is now checking.

🇺🇸A Minnesota appeals court revived 6 guilty verdicts against Abdifatah Abdulkadir Yusuf after a trial judge had thrown them out in a $7.2 million Medicaid fraud case.
Yusuf’s firm Promise Health submitted more than 40,000 claims between 2019 and 2022 for services that were never provided, and he pocketed over $1 million while spending hundreds of thousands at retailers.
The 3-judge panel rejected the trial judge’s finding that Yusuf may not have known about the scheme.
