Before 1971, 78% of our immigration came from Europe. They were culturally Christian and assimilated quite quickly. Now, most immigration comes from Third World countriesโup to 90% from India, Pakistan, etc. They do not share our values. They bring in cheap labor for the business class. Lobby groups like the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) constantly push for cheap labor and mass immigration. Thatโs why we get people like this lady, who has complete disrespect for Canada and our culture. Thatโs a disgusting, horrible thing to say about anybodyโjust unbelievable. It shows you the mindset of the new immigrants being brought in. The future does not look good for a once-prosperous country with a vibrant middle class. Now 2.3 million people go to food banks; before 1981, there wasn't a single food bank in Canada. This is the fault of the politicians: they make the policies.
