A Ukrainian court on Sept. 15 allowed Andriy Yermak, former head of the President’s Office, not to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet.
The ruling comes amid media reports that Yermak kept his political influence on President Volodymyr Zelensky after resigning in November amid a corruption investigation. The move also followed an earlier court ruling that eased the restrictions on Yermak.

The 2026 Iran war has done nothing to stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons. Iran’s nuclear enrichment plants, research center, and production facilities were almost exclusively destroyed back in June 2025, setting them back a decade or more.
Yes, Iran sold +2,000 drones to Russia to be used in Ukraine; they have not supplied them for 3 years, but the war with Iran has seriously impacted Ukraine negatively. Ukraine doesn’t have any Patriot interceptors for two months; almost every ballistic missile Russia launches is not shot down and destroys buildings, bridges, factories, or kills innocent people in Ukraine. All because thousands of interceptors have been wasted on the war with Iran. South Korea no longer has protection with THAAD systems against North Korean ballistic missiles.
The US no longer has the missiles it needs to defend Taiwan if a war breaks out. The US is known for exhausting decades of stockpiles on pointless wars in the Middle East for the past 2 decades, while Russia and China are becoming stronger militarily, and Russia is causing more destruction in the World.

All the ATACMS that the US needed for a war with China, they wasted 75% on a useless war with Iran 🇮🇷 and +1,000 Tomahawks, +800 THAAD, +1,000 PAC-3s, and +1,000 JASSM were used too
It was an excuse not to send ATACMS to Ukraine 🇺🇦
Because the US wants to keep our ATACMS for a possible war with China, the UK stepped in with the Storm Shadow Cruise Missile which has almost as long a range and is harder to detect and shoot down.

Kyiv wants Elon to expand Starlink's military role and help target Russian missile launchers. His answer: no, because it risks blowing the war wide open, and "it's time to make a deal."
He's not against Ukraine either. Earlier this year he helped cut Russian forces off from Starlink.
What he won't do is turn his own satellites into a targeting system for deeper strikes.
Ukraine can fight without him, but not the way it wants to here. And on this, Elon's answer is no.
