Reminds me of: “the creation of a strategy can be compared to the burying of a statesman. You fly in people of everywhere, have a miserable time for 3 days. Then bury the thing, and never think about it again”
Breeding a culture for innovation based on trust and compassion is not rocket science. Its much harder! Because we have to deal with feelings, and fears, and our own irrational behavior. And after all we are not super humans. Just humans.

I was asked if the reason that our culture is built on trust, autonomy, and compassion, is cus I’m a woman. @eggsdesign have 50% male/female leaders. Some of my inspos are men like @coachgoldsmith & @simonsinek. Courage to lead with your heart is more important than gender.
