Less than a few weeks after our @StellarOrg beta mainnet launch, we’re already a top-3 lending protocol with a modest $74k TVL (pre audit)
The part that actually matters: @BuildOnStellar builders are already using it.
Some are running flash-loan arb straight through the protocol. Others have vaults sitting on top of it.
That’s the signal. The architecture is easy to compose on.

Koul is a conditional execution engine for on-chain finance. Instead of handing control to an agent, users define rules inside a Soroban contract: if this happens, execute this action. A keeper simply triggers evaluation; the contract verifies market conditions and executes in the same transaction, while funds remain in the user's own smart account.
