For those who follow me for $RKLB. You know I am all about generational infrastructure. Please block out some time on your schedule to research $ABCL deeply, and do it soon. Hint: AbCellera just had its “Neutron”moment and the market is oblivious. I’m right on time, of course 😏 (been accumulating since November 2025) Have a look at this beauty. This is their brand new, state of the art GMP facility. $1B market cap, sitting on ~$600M cash, and generational potential if their platform is validated mid year for ABCL 575 and ABCL 635. Don’t even get me started on ABCL 688. @AbCelleraBio

BREAKING: SpaceX has reportedly told companies developing lunar landers for NASA that it will no longer provide launch services for their missions, according to new reporting by Ars Technica. The decision could complicate NASA's plans to establish a sustained presence on the Moon, as smaller lunar lander developers may need to turn to alternative rockets such as Blue Origin's New Glenn. The disclosure comes amid a broader shift in SpaceX's launch business: SpaceX $SPCX has told NASA it intends to retire Crew Dragon by 2030, reportedly stopped offering new commercial Falcon 9 launches beyond 2028, and declined to bid on three additional U.S. Space Force launch contracts. SpaceX continues to fulfill its existing government commitments, but the developments raise questions about NASA's growing dependence on a company increasingly focused on Starship, Starlink and AI infrastructure.

Members of @SemperCitiusSDA's Tranche 2 leadership team were recently at Rocket Lab's California headquarters to see T2TL-Beta in production. Eight of 18 spacecraft are on the floor right now, in build. Solar panels, structures, star trackers, reaction wheels, radios, flight software, avionics, launch dispenser — all built in-house. Proliferated architectures demand production at scale. Rocket Lab is all in on SDA's mission, and the action on our floor proves it. We're proud to be delivering this.

I captured this video in my lab to show the power of medicines called T-cell engagers. Left: T cells move in and out of a cancer tumoroid, largely ignoring it. Right: Add a T-cell engager, and the T cells attack. Once they recognize their targets, they tear through the tumor.

It’s a beautiful day to set sail with the next pieces of Neutron flight hardware to Launch Complex 3. Earlier today we sent Neutron’s Stage 2 and Thrust Module out of the Neutron Factory and onto a barge for transport through Chesapeake Bay to Wallops Island in Virginia. Once it arrives, the Thrust Module will go straight onto the launch mount at LC-3 for check outs and the beginning of wider systems demonstrations including integrated fluids tests and module-to-launch-mount interface checkouts. With no strongback on the launch mount by design, Neutron’s Thrust Module is the rocket’s only physical interface to the launch pad, which this upcoming test campaign enables us to test early before the entire vehicle comes together.

We have completed breakover operations for the Neutron Stage 2 tank assembly, rotating the stage horizontal – a critical step in the handling of large rocket sections for integration and assembly. Here’s a last look at Stage 2 on the Neutron Factory floor before it’s wrapped up (literally) for barge shipment to LC-3 on Wallops Island where its fluid systems will be tested and its Archimedes vacuum engine installed.

The first multi-spacecraft science mission to Mars is about to make its big move. Next month, Blue and Gold – the twin spacecraft we built for @NASA and @ucbssl – will swing close past Earth and each fire their main engine in a single, continuous burn, using Earth's gravity to amplify the burn as they set course for Mars. It's a maneuver that's never been successfully done before. Our mission ops team is in full rehearsal mode for @escapade_mars' trans-Mars injection. $ABCL AbCellera’s official abstract for ABCL635 from The Menopause Society 2026 meeting is out. While we already knew the high-level Phase 2 data, this new TMS abstract gives us a deeper look at a few more granular data points: 1) Exact Headache Breakdown (Clustered at the Highest Dose) Prior slides noted mild headache as a common adverse event, but we now have the exact numbers. In the SAD cohort, transient, mild headache occurred in 23.3% (n=7) of participants within the first few days of dosing. Importantly, more than half of those cases (n=4) were clustered at the highest 900mg supratherapeutic dose, well above the 300mg and 600mg doses taken into the multi-dose cohort. 2) Quantified Target Engagement (65% to 80% Testosterone Drop) In Q1 earnings slides, AbCellera showed line graphs of hormone suppression to prove ABCL635 was hitting the target. The abstract puts more hard numbers to those charts: male participants saw a 65% to 80% reduction in testosterone from baseline across the 300mg to 900mg doses (alongside corresponding drops in LH and FSH), confirming strong, concentration-dependent HPG axis suppression. 3) Cohort Demographics The abstract also discloses the exact median ages for the trial groups: 54.5 years for the SAD cohort and 62.0 years for the MAD cohort. Quick recap of the Phase 1/2 core results: • Trial Setup: The Single Ascending Dose (SAD) cohort enrolled 40 healthy men and postmenopausal women (6:2 active-to-placebo across 30mg, 100mg, 300mg, 600mg, and 900mg). The Multiple Ascending Dose (MAD) cohort enrolled 16 healthy postmenopausal women (6:2 active-to-placebo receiving 3 monthly doses of 300mg or 600mg), alongside the Phase 2 proof-of-concept cohort in women with moderate-to-severe VMS. • Clean Safety & Liver Profile: Zero serious or severe adverse events, no dose-limiting toxicities, and (crucially for the NK3R class) no clinically significant liver enzyme elevations across either the SAD or MAD cohorts. • Validated Monthly Dosing (PK): Dose-proportional exposure with a roughly 24-day half-life, backing up the convenient once-every-4-weeks injection schedule. To summarize, the granular numbers reinforce the bull case for ABCL635. We’re seeing potent, quantifiable target engagement at therapeutic doses, a roughly 24-day half-life that easily supports monthly dosing, and a very clean safety profile where even mild side effects like headaches were largely confined to the maxed-out 900mg test dose, all with zero liver toxicity signals.
🔗 참고자료 / PRIMARY SOURCES The Menopause Society — TMS 2026 Abstract P-92 menopause.org/ Jack Prescott — ABCL635 학회 초록 nitter.cf/JackPrescottX/status/2… AbCellera — ABCL635 공식 파이프라인 abcellera.com/pipeline/abcl6… AbCellera — TMS 2026 발표 안내 nitter.cf/AbCelleraBio/status/21…
