A little context on today’s delay: Binance’s removal of several BTC trading pairs caused an issue with one of our price checks.
We haven’t used Binance for automated exchanges for over a year. However, we still used its market data as a reference to check prices, given its role as one of the largest sources of market pricing. This was a pricing issue, unrelated to any security incident.
We’ve patched the issue and don’t expect it to happen again. Our reward processing had been running smoothly for a long time, and we’re very sorry for this interruption.
