super hyped to have this bad boy under contract at 190k, will be my first BRRR i've got the hard money and balance transfers to fix it all up and get it rented, does anyone have tips specifically on the refinance? i have a good credit score and trying to get the best long term debt on this after fixed and rented rents 1700/mo arv 250-280k i have no idea what i'm doing but here we go

just learned milwaukee tools is owned by hong kong conglomerate TTI american contractors buy truckloads of their stuff, best in class on job sites, but do they know it’s not american owned anymore? or does quality > ownership these days? personally tipping me toward dewalt + stanley black & decker $SWK real american company, still probably manufacturers over seas anyways... what are you running on your truck?
