This is basically how every macro planner should look. This is a macro planner done sensibly. You can literally do whatever the fuck you want with this. Want protein in g/kg and carbs as a percentage? You got it; made easy with the backfill feature. It's just so based. π

This is sad. As much as I get upset at the zealots, I do feel bad for people who get indoctrinated in this bullshit π
I regret to inform my community that my debate opponent, CarnivorePolice (aka StormblessedJ), has passed away. Claimed by schizophrenia; according to a family member who reached out, his condition compelled him to eat only ground beef, and he died of nutritional complications. π―οΈ

Full support for the Mosquito Genocide.
Went to see the new Resident Evil movie last night. I'd give it 4/10. All four of those points were claimed by the cinematography. Otherwise, fuck that movie, lmfao.

Silo season 3 basically lost me. The memory drug is such a dumb plot device. It's like the black goo from Prometheusβit just does whatever is needed to push the plot forward. Need the hero to become retarded? You got it. Need a good guy to become a mass murderer? You got it. π

Just in case it needs to be said: You do not need to be an Effective Altruist or buy into Rethinking Priorities, or anything adjacent to that movement in order to understand that factory farming is one of, if not the most profoundly evil things humanity has done and must end.
"I would stop holocausting the innocent, but the stranger on X was mean to me!"
You just keep on getting more and more pathetic.
"Sorry, but not holocausting gives me gas."
You're pathetic scum. π€·ββοΈ
People acting like Joseph isn't one of the strongest fucking masterclasses in vocal technique and performance ever to exist, just because they don't like Ronnie is beyond adorable. π€‘
The carnivore diet sounds like something a soulless psychopath would come up with after pondering the question "how could I make the act of eating as evil as possible?" Fuck you, and fuck your stupid diet. π
I have eaten red meat and eggs, cooked with butter, added sea salt to all of my food, every single day for 3 years and 3 months now.
And my risk of heart attack or stroke has decreased by 66%.
How can that be when prior to carnivore, I was eating a diet that I thought was healthy full of vegetables and fruits, whole grains, oats, rice, potatoes, lean meats, egg whites, low-fat dairy, almond milk, fig/oat/nut bars, supplements and protein powders?
And changing my diet to low/no carb caused my body to use more fat for energy, so my liver increased my LDL & HDL output?
People always assume that cholesterol is the #1 cause of heart disease, but it's actually inflammation that causes heart disease.
So, why has my risk actually dropped?
Because the ASCVD (atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease) risk developed by the AHA doesn't just use cholesterol and LDL in its calculation because they know that the underlying cause is inflammation.
So they use:
- Weight/BMI - mine dropped significantly after changing my diet
- Blood pressure - mine dropped 30 points, I'm no longer pre-hypertensive
- A1C, Diabetes history - A1C has dropped, no longer at risk of prediabetes
- HDL - my HDL has doubled
- Smoking History - I have never smoked
So, although my LDL has increased, it's only a very small portion of the bigger picture.
Eating this way has not only given me the ability to be more active, drop weight and BMI, but my BP is the lowest it's ever been in my life!
Also, my HDL used to be considered low in the 40s, but now it's in the 90s.
HDL is what brings unused cholesterol back to the liver. So, an increase in LDL with an increase in HDL is completely healthy and normal. Plus, my triglycerides have dropped significantly.
I'd say that changing my diet and prioritizing foods that I have always been told will give me a heart attack is what has helped reduce my risk of heart disease. Go figure π€·ββοΈ
