It’s now been 11 days since we produced Brian Cole Jr.’s alibi video. 7 days since we showed that the actual J5 pipe bomb suspect is someone wearing and carrying “cop stuff.” It was Sept. 1 - almost two months ago - since I revealed that “this” @FBI knew the bomber was “law enforcement” … at least by early Fall of last year … and long before Cole’s arrest.
Where are you @TheJusticeDept, @AGToddBlanche, @USAttyPirro, @FBIDirectorKash, @WhiteHouse, @POTUS?

On Thursday, I went back into Brian's room to dig around for more clues, and sure enough, I found several more jackets and pullovers with the tags still on them. I’m amazed at how many of these recent attacks against our work are coming from people and “former FBI” with scripture verses and ✝️ emoticons in their profiles. Invariably those attacks are blatant lies, lies of omission, and transparent gaslighting. BREAKING: Steve Baker and Kyle Seraphin just sat down with two federal law enforcement veterans, one formerly ATF and one formerly with the Air Marshals, to break down the FBI's own "Hoodie" video in the January 6 pipe bomb case… and Baker says it points to someone equipped like a cop, not Brian Cole Jr.
Baker says the footage shows a handgun printing through the gray hoodie, a light body armor vest with hard edges front and back, and when the zipper comes down something that looks a lot like the hand mic of a police radio. Baker says the way that mic is worn points to someone trained and equipped like a police officer. No officer has been charged with anything.
Brian Cole Jr. is the young man with autism the FBI arrested last December and charged with planting the bombs at the RNC and DNC. He pleaded not guilty. Days ago Baker released Capitol CCTV he says shows Cole on the opposite side of the Capitol while the bomber was placing devices.
The FBI has had this video for almost six years. Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, Todd Blanche and Jeanine Pirro need to release everything they have and explain why Cole is still the one being prosecuted.
