V1 Transactions are coming to @solana and they are really cool! They will go live in a couple of weeks.
Max transaction size goes from 1,232 → 4,096 bytes. Compute budgeting moves out of instructions and into the transaction itself.

🚨NEWS: @Solana came close to halting transaction finalization today after a routing failure at infrastructure provider @Teraswitch caused 28.83% of staked SOL to go delinquent. Solana would stop finalizing transactions if more than 33.34% of its staked SOL became delinquent.
The routing issue affected around 90 validators across Europe and APAC for roughly 33 minutes, with affected validators losing approximately 333 $SOL in rewards, according to @MarinadeFinance. The incident also highlighted the risks of validator stake and infrastructure being concentrated across a small number of providers.
