Finally found a way to calculate the calories of the psych ward food after a WEEK of not knowing how much i was eating The bad part is ive been underestimating it and averaging ~1600 cals, but at least i know im maintaining bcs they let me weight myself

long term anorexia will really have you feeling comforted by the structure of the rules you create for yourself and then you start caring more about chasing that comfort and high than the actual weight loss (it is just a secondary benefit)
