AI is a super valuable tool, but here's how you can literally 10X its value. Let me give an example!
You finish a meeting with the client, but now you must inform your team what the meeting was about. You first must find a transcript software and transcribe the meeting which might take 2-3 minutes. Then you go to chat gpt and ask it to summarize it. This entire process is definitely much more efficient rather than having a second meeting with your team or taking a few minutes to write a summary in your discord/slack, but how can we 10X the value of AI in this case.
This is where AI Automation comes into play. Let's setup an automatic process where everytime you finish a meeting, a transcript file is auto-sent to a google drive. Now when the automation detects a file is uploaded, it automatically sends it to chat gpt where it summarizes it. Once we get the summary it is automatically sent into a discord/slack channel. The outcome is now your entire team is always up to date about each meeting that happens without even lifting a single finger.
