UPDATE: The U.S. Patriot PAC-3 announcement involves newly manufactured missiles with deliveries not expected until after 2030, offering no immediate solution to Ukraine’s critical interceptor shortage ahead of winter.
Furthermore, no agreement has been reached on joint production or licensing Ukraine to manufacture interceptors domestically, leaving Kyiv without immediate transfers or local production authorization.

BREAKING: Anthropic is now expected to receive a "high junk" rating from major credit rating agencies after its IPO, which could come as soon as November, per FT.
Details include:
1. Blackstone has told investors that Anthropic likely will not receive an investment-grade rating immediately after its IPO
2. Blackstone is working with banks that stumped up financing on selling the debt on to other investors
3. An investment-grade rating is "central" to Anthropic's ability to continue its AI buildout
4. The company says it expects to spend over $800 billion on computing infrastructure between now and 2045
Debt markets are increasingly in the spotlight as AI funding becomes less abundant.
Glad I built my new PC before Trump destroyed the global economy. Had a feeling this was coming, will definitely be stepping-away from Nvidia when I go to buy a new card in a couple years (assuming we still can).
We may have to start moving towards Chinese-manufacturers/brands; they've been upping their consumer-model production rates over the past two years.
If the West is gonna fuck us, then take your money elsewhere.

▪️US government-funded pro-opposition outlet BIRN through its Media Ownership Monitor Serbia project admits the central Student List media channels - N1 and Nova S - were created by former US director of the CIA David Petraeus via KKR and former US Ambassador to Serbia Cameron Munter;
▪️The parent United Group was acquired and the media platforms built up from 2013-2014 onward as the center of opposition media in Serbia opposing Serbia’s existing leadership and institutions, and playing a central role in both “student protests” last year and the “Student List” movement this year;
▪️United Group was only recently (earlier this year) acquired by Alpac Capital, but KKR still maintains an undisclosed amount of shares with the move a likely an attempt to distance US involvement in the media network;
▪️When “leaderless” and “decentralized” protests are praised in the Western media, scroll down in the article where they eventually admit who the leaders and organizations are behind them, perform a simple internet search to identify the key people and investments making them possible to determine whether a movement is indigenous or the product of foreign interference;
