we launched WarmDogo 33 days ago. the goal was to get the first paying customer by today. I failed. ~ 30 trials 3 still in progress 1 demo 0 paid honestly, I thought it'd be easy. we already have an audience. it wasn't. it never goes the way you expect. but one thing is confirmed: the product has real value. the one buyer who saw a demo is trying and getting real value. and we haven't given it 100% yet. so we're not pulling back. we're doubling down. we're using WarmDogo to find WarmDogo's customers. dogfooding at max we'll make this work.
