For those suffering from amnesia, 25 years ago Muslims carried out the deadliest Islamic terrorist attack in history, on US soil.
As of today, 8 Muslims have now been elected to Congress. All Democrats.
I don’t even know what to say anymore. I feel sick.

Brace Yourselves, Georgia! This woman is who you elected to represent you for the next four years:
Former Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms will be the state’s first woman and first Black governor, and the nation’s first Black woman to hold the office. Historic, sure. Competent? Her record says otherwise.
Bottoms ran Atlanta from 2018 to 2022, then left for a short stint as a senior adviser in the Biden White House. Under her watch the city’s homicide count exploded from 99 in 2019 to 157 in 2020 and 158 the next year—the highest in more than two decades. Shootings surged right alongside them. More than 200 Atlanta police officers walked out the door in 2020 alone. Her response was to end cash bail for certain low-level offenses, scold Republican Governor Kemp for reopening the economy too soon, and blame guns and the pandemic. She also cut the city’s longstanding agreement with ICE and declared Atlanta a welcoming city. When the job got too hard, she simply declined to run for reelection.
Conservatives warned for months that Keisha Bottoms’ Atlanta tenure would travel with her to the statehouse. Crime up, police demoralized, cash bail softened, federal immigration enforcement opposed. Georgians just voted for more of it, plus whatever Progressive priorities she and Democrat Senator Jon Ossoff can push through a Democrat trifecta. The rest of the country will get to watch the experiment in real time.
Texas, today is the day.
James Talarico seems like a nice young man and a moderate. That's the act.
This is a man who said "God is nonbinary." Who said there are six biological sexes. Who called capitalism an oppressive system he wants to dismantle. And who says we should look to Western Europe for inspiration. Take a look at Paris.
His record is just as radical. He voted NO on border security, NO on cutting your property taxes, and NO on stopping cities from defunding the police.
Lie to the voters, then get in power. Don't let it work.
Get out and vote for @KenPaxtonTX.

FOR THOSE PAYING ATTENTION IN BITCOIN.
@STRATEGY (MSTR) JUST BECAME THE MOST "INTERESTING" BITCOIN TREASURY COMPANY FOR THE UPCOMING BULL RUN - AND IT WAS HIDDEN IN THE Q&A.
Game. Set. Match. Won: Unlikely to use ATMs on the common stock to acquire Bitcoin into this bull run as the primary Bitcoin acquisition method is now the Preferred products because the company has achieved a big enough Bitcoin base to issue the Digital Credit in SIZE.
Strategy seems truly committed to engineering TOTAL RETURNS into this next bull run for Common Stock Holders.
🤝 Well done team MSTR - @saylor @phongle @CJ_Bitcoin @rohanhirani @shirishjajodia AndrewKang.

Binance has committed its own balance sheet to making customers whole. I expect it to deliver. Our industry will learn from this incident, strengthen security, and emerge stronger and more resilient.
Binance has begun recovering affected assets for users and continues to work with law enforcement, issuers, blockchain intelligence firms and industry partners to trace, freeze and recover additional funds.
The company has already publicly committed to cover losses through company funds in the prior announcement.
Binance has already reserved over $6.34B of company funds to cover this incident. $5B of these funds are already held in the exact token assets that were impacted. We are completing the purchase of the remaining amount by buying token assets through market channels and OTC channels. We are doing this to match the format of the remaining token assets and address any asset shortfalls. This step can take longer because some tokens may have low liquidity and OTC settlement also takes time. We will share more progress as soon as we can.
These figures do not include frozen or protected assets, which remain subject to ongoing recovery and verification. Currently, $3bn has been frozen, with thanks to our industry partners. We are working with partners and law enforcement to recover the frozen assets. We will continue to use company resources to cover confirmed shortfall and will provide further verified updates as recovery efforts progress. Ultimately, all user funds will be verified publicly through our Proof of Reserves.
We will weather this storm. Thank you for the support.
