A version of northrend that's just one or two nightmare hard zones for psychopath explorers set pre wrath would be great.
Some kind of expedition into hell, high risk high reward unique gameplay territory.
Will players travel to Northrend or Pandaria in WoW Forever? Holly Longdale states that "nothing is off the table."

The Dark Portal, Northrend and Pandaria all exist, the devs reportedly said, but a visit there would be a dungeon or quest that takes you there and brings you back, and not soon. Those aren't zones you stay in, and you always come home to the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor.
The places they reportedly want to build are at home: Grim Batol, not as a dungeon but as a place you explore like Blackrock Mountain, and Gilneas, which sits on the map shut for now with a whole story to tell before the Cataclysm wrecks it.
So they just lied about house decor tied to player race themes and heavy lore not being on the store. Very cool.
I flew around my neighborhoods (on a trial because I ain't resubbing until Forever) and its still like 90% default houses with preorder fountains dumped outside. Nobody doing endeavors or anything.

You still can't search and find peoples houses right? Like you can't manually go to a specific neighborhood unless you're friends with them.
Incredible system let down by weird oversights, like if I post my address you cant get there unless I act as an anchor to tp to. Just dumb
Housing still doesn't have fel crystals. Like it has every other kind except the most iconic one that was major feature of the region we're currently focusing on for the expansion that has like 5 existing models to use hahaha
