To hopefully prevent further confusion, I did nothing other than make Balloon Knockback trigger later (hits of 38F hitstun, up from 30F, effectively only on combo finishers/kill moves). The raw knockback formula is unchanged from base Ultimate, its in line with Brawl and Smash 4
