As someone that lives in an arid flat landscape, I am basically forced to use the landscape as a canvas to create my interpretation of what I see.
Chase the conditions, capture the moment, create the emotion 🫡

One of favourite recent photos I’ve taken. Back in January this year.
The dead tree in the middle, the Milky Way on the left, Aurora with beams on the right and the Small and Large Magellanic Clouds sitting above the tree.

Posting this with the hope that someone just appreciates the art for what it is. Nothing more, nothing less.
The idea for Scorched Earth started with something I couldn’t stop seeing in the landscape close to home.
Once I saw it, I couldn’t unsee it.

Day 4 of sharing Alignment until it finds its people. There's something about standing alone beneath a sky full of stars.
No distractions, no rush. Just you and the universe.
If you've experienced that feeling, you'll understand why I keep going back out there.

This is a really special mint. I actually shot this alignment when it happened and then when I saw Steve’s beautiful take on it just conceded defeat and minted it 💙💙💙

Day 2 of sharing Alignment until it finds its people.
24 April 2022, around 4am.
While most people were asleep, I was out beneath the stars photographing Saturn, Mars, Venus and Jupiter lined up across the night sky.
Some mornings are worth losing sleep over.
Day 3 of sharing Alignment until it finds its people.
I wanted to create something that went beyond a photograph.
Something you could actually interact with and explore, bringing together the night sky, photography and digital art.
That's how Alignment came to life.

I’ve always been reserved about releasing my own work. Some favorites have sat in my portfolio for years.
G[h]o[st]ld Mine is one of them. Photographed near Ouray in 2022, still a favorite.
A horrific market? Never been a better time.
Live now. Only 32 editions.
