The HN budget will be over £10 billion pounds, there is a £70million change programme, and £2.6 billion for new special schools. The @educationgovuk SEND improvement plan rightly invests in children - why ignore those same children when they reach college?
‘No concrete solutions or new proposals’ to support improvements in further education for young people with SEND.
@Natspec is distinctly underwhelmed by the government SEND & AP Improvement Plan, published today.
