Dagdag ₱6,000 kada buwan para sa pagkain, pamasahe, at iba pang pangangailangan ng ating government workers! Ito ang layunin ng ating House Bill No. 3874 na magtataas ng buwanang Personnel Economic Relief Allowance (PERA) mula ₱2,000 tungong ₱8,000. Mula 2009, hindi pa nadaragdagan ang PERA kahit patuloy ang pagtaas ng presyo ng mga bilihin at serbisyo. Kasama ang aking mga kapwa mambabatas sa Akbayan, isinusulong natin ang agarang pagpasa ng panukalang ito upang mabigyan ng dagdag na ginhawa ang ating mga kawani sa national at local government, kabilang ang mga regular, contractual, casual, at uniformed personnel. Sa ating mga government workers, saan pinakamalaking tulong ang dagdag na ₱6,000 kada buwan? I-comment ang inyong sagot!
