I see so many horrible products now because "ai I can build it" and "it helps you generating money". Like stealing and copying videos from others fully automated and just changing the person to a porn star. This is so awful and I really hope one day or another we'll find out...

Apple says you need a Mac to build iPhone apps. Today I built one on Omarchy Linux, submitted it to the App Store, installed it on my iPhone over USB, and stopped it at a breakpoint in the debugger. No Mac anywhere. It's all open source: github.com/joshuaswarren/oma…

Here's a reminder how dependent we are from platforms sometimes... Google is holding back my money since JULY. They want to verify me again - for whatever reason, since everything was working for years- but their verification form doesn't work and keeps redirecting me. Lovely.

Does anyone know a good AI tool for cutting videos? I'm going the extra mile to not produce more AI slop on this world: recording the videos myself, creating the voice over myself - but cutting them takes a ridiculous amount of extra time - also I have 0 expertise in this o.o

I just logged into my old laptop which I I haven't opened for years and it feels like time travelling. Vscode installed, stack overflow and dart pad bookmark, no AI tool anywhere whatsoever. Maaaan those were the good old times 🥲❤️

Anyone else got a request to verify their Google Play account again as a freelancer/sole proprietor but you can't switch to sole proprietor because it's only redirecting you to an article, telling you, you can't change your account? This makes no sense?

Why do I always feel like I'm too late? Before AI I felt every mobile app was built already, when AI started I felt like everyone used every opportunity to use it already, now AI is peaking and I feel like everyone's shipping 100 apps a day and ... I'm too late 🫩

TikTok feels insanely random... video of me playing a song uploaded - 125k views. Two days later same song, same camera angle, different part of the song - 116 views. It makes absolutely no sense in my head 🙃? How do you ever find out what's working and how to replicate it?
