Been busy making this bookcase for our house! Walnut veneer plywood, 76" wide total, shelves supported with dados. Attached the backs (2 separate 1/4" ply pieces) today and working on some wood filler. Going to do some tung oil to finish and give it a darker appearance.
Been a while since my last stream, but I'm back with a new game, Pragmata! Been looking forward to this one and excited to play through it. twitch.tv/vertz505
Thanks to @BommelTV redeeming a new speedrun, I now get to learn ... Link: The Faces of Evil for the Phillips CD-i twitch.tv/vertz505
Starting soon with a race at 10 am ET vs Telmiran! Definitely forgot to post a few days ago when we had our races -- it's ALttPR League time! Today's mode is Stanverted Keys. twitch.tv/vertz505
Will be live fairly soon for the Big 20 race, which starts at 12pm ET -- looking like a 4 to 5 hour run for me if things go well, sub 4 if things go amazingly. twitch.tv/vertz505
Spent today trying to explain to someone that the ICE goon put himself in a stupid position at the front of the car; dude argued back "nuh uh, she put him in front of the car when she backed up." Just watched the idiot's own video again. He walked in front *at the start too.*
Now that I've engaged in a pointless Twitter argument, I'm probably off the site again for a while. Total waste of time to be here, to be honest. Musk has turned it into a hell hole, and it's disappointing to see so many people defend murder.
Sentence 2 and 3 in this image are ... seemingly opposed, so I'm not sure what ABC news was thinking when they printed this.
Crazy idea, I know, but maybe people who are injured in car-related incidents shouldn't walk around cars recording them for no good reason and put themselves in a potentially dangerous position in front of car.
Fuck this entire administration.
Not entirely sure why, but cool anyway - my Orphen: Scion of Sorcery (PS2) video has randomly gotten a ton more views over the last few weeks! I had a lot of fun making this one, felt a bit disheartened when it didn't do well, so a sudden surge is nice: youtube.com/watch?v=7lFN2BI_…
I finished Prime 4. Need some time to process and write about whatever that was.... Guess that's what a nearly 20 year wait gets you these days.
I checked out the new Pragmata demo, and I think it's worth your time! Check out my quick review here: youtu.be/2G-p9O4tbOw
