This applies to every single medically abused and abandoned Complex Pain Patient - we don't have 'Medical PTSD' because it's not "Post", it's present, ongoing, and life-endangering. We've been conditioned into an Iatrogenic Stress or Anxiety Disorder that we can't begin to heal from because our health care system continues to be increasingly unsafe on a daily basis.

If you're concerned about things going south quickly, the best thing you can do right now is start some tater towers and just grow a bunch of potatoes. You can sprout taters yourself easy as you please, and you can be in a full crop in 12 weeks or less. That, and be building a library of classic texts, especially illuminated ones.
