I have determined eating egg drop soup straight from the to go container is more tasty then eating it with a spoon.

I bought some new bread..it said 7g of fiber and 12g of protein per slice…trying to get more fiber. The taste is fine but when you start chewing it it balls up in your mouth..it doesn’t separate easily..one of the ingredients is gum and that’s what it’s like in my mouth 😭
