What happens to patients after they leave the hospital?
Who checks if they're recovering well? Who follows up on their medication? Who catches the warning signs before they turn into complications?
That's the problem @vontrix7 and I wanted to solve
We built CareLoop - an AI voice agent that calls patients after discharge, speaks their language, checks their recovery and helps them get medical attention when needed
Here's what it does:
- Calls patients on scheduled days after discharge
- Speaks 10 Indian languages, including Hinglish
- Checks symptoms, medication adherence and recovery progress
- Detects warning signs and sends real-time alerts to nurses
- Books, reschedules and cancels follow-up appointments
- Falls back to WhatsApp/SMS when patients don't answer
Safety was a major focus
- AI can escalate urgency, never downgrade it
- Understands negation to avoid false alerts
- Uses fixed safety scripts for urgent situations
- Every alert includes the triggered rule and the patient's exact words
Clinics get structured recovery reports instead of having to go through hours of call transcripts
Built using @GnaniAi Prisma (speech-to-text) and Timbre (text-to-speech)
[ A full walkthrough of CareLoop and the website link are both attached in the comments ]

So I built Bloomberg, but for developers.
One screen for failed deploys, red CI, PRs and your AI agents. It also briefs agents on your repo: Claude got oriented 3x faster (6s vs 20s) with 57% less context in my small test.
