its on purpose
White people’s awful spatial awareness on sidewalks is one of the craziest sociological phenomena ever. Like they’re unconsciously selfish in that regard on a systemic level. Wow

someone else on here aptly brought up that their understanding of afropessimism is that in order for true and complete justice to be brought for black ppl the entirety of our way of living would have to be undone and most yt ppl would be baffled to even hear that

"u guys are being really dishonest" yea ok
I think u guys are being really dishonest about the slayyyter convo bc non black ppl were simply stating that if someone has already apologised then what is the point of immortalising them as racist forever. That’s not writing off racism that’s challenging ur high standards

No shade 😭 You need to stop listening to people's criticism about this because they're very clearly trying to push you to recreate the non existent 4Chan image they have in their head. Her jawline and forehead were already accurate in the original.
Aight valid criticism where it’s due, I got my own skill issues 😔 I prob could have pronounced her chin more too? It’s more round than pointed. but this is the last I can touch on this bc it’s 5 am and my clients deserve my full efforts, not virtue signalers on twitter dot com

somehow white ppl learned that intersectionality means that all forms of oppression are essentially equal to each other, which is very much not how it works!

we collectively need to stop closely engaging with this account they obviously dont give a flying fuck about black people and are only interested in playing god by dismissing and refuting every single thing we have to say
This is exactly what I mean about these ppl having an incredibly surface level analysis of opression, where they think you can power scale them based on numbers alone Following these logic anti-blackness is incredibly recent, black ppl wouldn’t stand a chance against women

Acknowledging racism’s structural primacy in modernity is not an assertion of moral chauvinism. It is an empirical & historical claim about how political power, state structures, & social systems were constructed in REALITY. Nobody cares how you FEEL. It’s a structural analysis.
I don’t understand why so many ppl (mainly unitedstatians) seem to believe that racism stands above all other bigotries, & its somehow worse and uniquely incomparable Honestly it kinda reminds me of how some jewish ppl treat the Holocaust as inherently worse than other genocides

This subject will never be honest. theres no nuance. everyone thinks that their suffering has to be the greatest. The truth is racism defined the entire world, not just America & took hundreds of millions of lives. Literally, nothing in history has ever been seen like it
This is so fucking reductive no the fuck it's not. It's literally also how consumption of black culture while also demonizing it when expressed by black people. If you get your answer does this mean we only go for black liberation and not queer? You cannot seperate them

and this is why i forever look at white people who love to use and throw around the terms "tweaker" and "ghetto" sideways.
I remember when I learned how crack infiltrated African American communities via CIA. How overnight folks saw their neighbors strung out and families displayed. That’s why I can never make jokes or laugh about folks using crack because that history is so violent.

it isn't really true that they don't recognize it; they do—it just get reorganized and mystified because they derive pleasure from it and can't really make sense of why.
i feel the reason non-black (namely white) people think that racism towards us can just be brushed off and simply forgiven is because they don't at all recognize that racism is a DEEP form of abuse that heavily impacts our psyche and causes trauma. it's deeper than bullying and
