Ware Fire Station

Whilst crews were attending a vehicle fire near Tonwell, a local resident decided to ignore safety cones protecting the crews, police and driver on scene. Safety is our priority and the driver was fined by police for their impatience. Stay Safe Herts!

1 of 2 - 0118 - Fire Control received a call to smoke issuing from the kitchen of a property on Macers Lane, Wormley. Crews from @Cheshunt_Whites @Hoddesdon_Fire Hertford and @ware25p1 attended. On their arrival crews carried out trauma care on two rescued occupants, suffering

Appliances from @ware25p1 and @HertfordFireStn were mobilised to reports of an occupant returning home to find smoke logging in their house. Crews extinguished a small kitchen fire with BA and hose reel 🚒🚒

20:27 control received a call to a fire in an airing cupboard on South Street, Hertford. @HertfordFireStn @ware25p1 were mobilised. On arrival the fire was out. Crews investigated further for potential fire spread and treated 3 people for smoke inhalation.

At 02:51 @HertsFRSControl mobilised @ware25p1 to Lygean Avenue, Ware where they assisted their @EastEnglandAmb colleagues with a time critical patient 🚒

At 18:08 @HertfordFireStn @ware25p1 were mobilised to a building fire on Priory Street, Hertford; on arrival smoke was seen in the property. Crews were deployed under initial deployment and the fire extinguished by disconnection of fuel supply 🚒🚒

At 12:00 @ware were mobilised to a small fire in a recycling container on Westmill Road, Ware; one hose reel was used to extinguish the fire 🚒

Ware appliance @ware25p1 were mobilised to a report of a muntjack deer trapped in railings. Crews used their Lukas spreaders to free the deer who quickly ran to freedom 🦌🚒

At 05:53 @HertsFRSControl mobilised @ware25p1 to Barley Ponds Close, Ware where they assisted their @EastEnglandAmb colleagues in extricating a time critical patient 🚒

20:23 crews from @ware25p1, @BuntingfordFire & @HertfordFireStn were mobilised to an RTC on the A10 between Ware & Standon. One vehicle had left the roadway & unfortunately one person was injured.

14:27 @ware25p1 @Hoddesdon_Fire were mobilised to a car that had collided with a tree in Stanstead Abbotts. Crews worked to safely release one casualty trapped in the vehicle, and they were left in the care of @EastEnglandAmb 🚒🚒

At 12:00 @ware25p1 were mobilised to help out @EastEnglandAmb with the extrication of a patient on the top floor of the property, by Wicken Fields 🚒 🚑 #workingtogether
