I scheduled an appointment for today, 10am-12pm. I made this appt on Sunday. I've been getting confirmation calls and texts the entire time and I've been confirming. Then this happens:

I call to be told my appointment was a "waiting list" appt...which makes no sense. You need to do better, Comcast. I've been doing all my own troubleshooting because when I call the bot just wants to reboot my router every time. I think I'm done ranting.

I love my coworkers, but they are mostly male Gen Xers and the toxic masculinity often has me internally raging. I try to explain what's wrong with their POV and hopefully, one day, they will understand.
