Supercross is going back to 20-rider main events in 2027 (RIP 22 riders: 2014-2026) 21st & 22nd got lapped twice in 91% of the 2026 450 main events and ind. Triple Crown Races (42 of the 46 finishes) 15th-20th got lapped twice 30% of the time (42x among the 138 finishes)

Steve Lamson (1995) was the last 125/250 rider to run #5 and he took it to the 125MX title. Cole Davies is the new #5 but we might not even see the digit until next Sept.
