🚨 BREAKING: DEADLY SHOOTING IN ACEH, INDONESIA. A 20-year-old civilian, identified in local media as Abzalul Rizal, was reportedly killed, while six other people sustained gunshot injuries during an incident involving Indonesian Army (TNI AD) personnel in Pulo Keunari, Tiro District, Pidie Regency, Aceh, on November 4, 2026. According to local media reports, the incident occurred during a Maulid Nabi celebration attended by residents. The situation reportedly escalated amid tensions surrounding the display of the Aceh independence-era Moon and Star flag. What makes this incident particularly alarming is the reported use of firearms, leaving one young civilian dead and six others suffering gunshot wounds. This is not a matter that should simply disappear from public attention. The families of the victims deserve answers. The injured deserve justice. And the public deserves to know exactly what happened. Who fired the shots? Who gave the orders? Why did a community celebration end in bloodshed? If military personnel are found responsible, there must be accountability. Aceh deserves peace. Civilians deserve protection. Justice must not be optional.
