if we have one goal at @ordanetwork it is to minimise our churn as much as possible due to situations like this.
having interacted with the majority of the industry it’s safe to say reliable customer support and transaction observability is in short supply.
need to do better
partnering with Rain to provide corporate credit cards for our customers has been my biggest regret so far
from day one: brutal negotiation, painful onboarding, a mountain of “compliance rules”
and now the unresponsive support we get while paying $20k per month feels like a complete joke
not sure if the long contracts we had to sign said anything about not being allowed to complain in public…
but at this point, if they cut us off I would probably be relieved
with the insane fees we have to pay for a tiny shared margin on interchange, it’s basically not worth it for Dolafy anymore
the credit card industry needs a real disruptor ASAP - everyone is tired of this BS…
anyway…
let’s get back to work, i guess
