Wayne Willis (Shifting Views)

First impressions of #strictly Emma Willis is a seasoned pro. Josh, this isn’t his bag. Wrong show imo. He needs to stop forcing the laugh and mouthing the autocue when other presenters are speaking. Johannes, the jury’s out. That said. It’s show one and time is needed to settle.

Excuse my ignorance. Is this event supposed to be a spoof of boxing? #BeautyVsTheBeast

.@GMB your interview approach is poor. You are not journalists. You are click bait, set on creating division. The questions you ask ministers are pathetic. It’s everything wrong with media. Focus less on inflating your presenters egos and getting X clicks and find some integrity.

That was a shameful interview with @ZackPolanski by #gmb and is everything that’s wrong with MSM. These shows have one agenda; to cause division, fear, anger and shock. Entertainment should not be the driving force of politics and ultimately, people’s lives.

.@peter_levy I’m a firm believer that anyone capable of causing such suffering to an innocent animal is also capable of much worse. It’s a mindset to be cruel and violent. Suspects should be charged at the same level they would have been if it had been a human that they’d hurt.

Can the logistics industry ever be green? MD of @GtsLogisticsUK, Tony Prescott, says yes! But it takes genuine innovation and collaboration. Full pod, out today. YouTube: youtu.be/RosUer9xcrY?si=mPQ5… Spotify: open.spotify.com/episode/22O… Apple pods: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas…

.@peter_levy re your story about Hull City Centre, the celebrations of this weekends @hullkrofficial win are an example of the great culture of Hull. If we want people to use the city centre, the council must build on the culture year round. Sport, music, arts, it’s all there.

An Introduction to Podcasting. I’m running this FREE event this Wednesday at @C4DIGroup in Hull. All welcome. Register here below. eventbrite.co.uk/e/an-introd…

.@peter_levy I’ve been arguing for many years about the need for Hull City Centre to be re thought out. Retail is not the answer. The centre should be built around the culture of Hull. Retail, hospitality, food etc can be built around that. But first, the centre needs a purpose.

The first episode of 'North of Ordinary', a podcast I produce for @C4DIGroup, is out today. Subscribe to a podcast celebrating the businesses of Hull and East Yorkshire. Apple: podcasts.apple.com/us/podcas… Spotify: open.spotify.com/episode/3b2… YouTube: youtu.be/zIDqK0aCFMw?si=_iV4…

.@ZackPolanski come on my podcast filmed in Hull and speak to the people in our region about your ideas and vision 🙂

.@peter_levy communities can be driven into a poverty mindset as a result of the environment. If an area is filled with takeaways, gambling shops, vape shops and discount stores, the people in that community are influenced into a poverty mindset and a lack of aspiration.

.@peter_levy I was having the great heating debate today with some colleagues. It was agreed that, despite the nip in the air, our conscience would not allow us to increase the thermostat. My dad’s the same. I’m pretty sure this is inherently a male thing 🤣

Hey @calumscott. Fellow Hull muso here. Any chance you’d come on my podcast when you’re home? Talk about music and the positive impact it’s had on you and on society as a whole?

I would love to see a newsfeed of positivity on this platform. It’s filled with hate, division and negativity. The social media world is NOT the real world. Most people are logical, empathetic, good people, simply trying to lead loving and positive lives. #goodnews #HopeNotHate

.@peter_levy school attendance rewards have always been a thing. When I was a kid, it was a simple certificate. Times and tech have changed so the reward of a tv is not surprising. However, there is deep rooted issue between education and today’s society. The two are out of sync.

So, the last guest on my podcast talks about the art of networking and building connections. He’s off to present a show with Bulgarian TV personality Niki Kanchev. But as a Hull resident, he thinks @peter_levy is too famous for him. Peter, say it ain’t so. Come on the podcast 🙂
