Actually, one of the most interesting parts about Rio is how she is always truthful about herself. She presents as she is. She says who she is to the coven. The fact they do comprehend it makes it fun. She is The Green Witch. Death is the Original Green Witch.
It is what makes her such a fay character. There are multiple layers and levels to her machinations. But she is also always just a form of herself. Rio is just Death. Death is Rio. She is a pretty face, but Death is seductive, and the bones are always right under the skin.
I think it is really interesting as a character choice for Agatha who is neutral in relationship to her body, not to be someone who is vain. She does not have "pedestrian thoughts" to quote Jac. And then further, that she tends to have a preference for utilitarian clothes

Updated my rambles thread with some rambles I hadn't tossed up there before. I have a lot more, but I'll add them later.
I still have all of these old things saved to draw Rio in (or to inspire Rio outfits). I really should some day.
I feel like one of the most interesting things is the evolution of both Agatha and Rio's fashion styles and presentations in the show. From Salem looks to their present preferences. I should do a ramble about that some time.
Agatha's style growing into a preference for men's tailoring and so on just means the world to me. I think it is such an interesting part of her characterization. As well as Rio who hasn't seen her ex/estranged spouse in so long, and now has a preference for tight-fitted pretty
