We need to chat about the N-word because the discourse around the BAFTA incident has been ridiculous

So a man invited to the BAFTA’s as inspiration for a film demonstrating the horrific hostility and lack of understanding people with Tourette’s face… is now facing horrific hostility and a lack of understanding over his Tourette’s?
Have I got that right? 🤦

“I’m gonna carry my baby to bury my baby…” Nancy Davis
Nancy Davis is a Louisiana woman whose fetus was missing the top of its skull, a condition called acrania.
She was 10 weeks pregnant when an ultrasound showed this rare but fatal condition.
Acrania kills babies within minutes or days of birth.
Louisiana’s abortion ban contains a general exception for fetuses that cannot survive outside their mothers’ wombs, however, if your condition is not on the list, you’re shit out of luck.
She was sent home and told she had to carry to term.
Nancy subsequently had to travel from Louisiana to New York to receive the medical care she needed.
This is not pro-life this is inhumane. Republicans don’t govern they torture.

Happy National Girlfriend’s Day to the person who reminds me every day that life is worth living. Things have gone to shit for us both recently but I’m so proud to call you mine, and I know that with you by my side we’ll get through anything ♥️🏳️🌈

I have kept my mouth closed about a lot of my experiences at Italia Conti out of fear that I would look like a too outspoken problematic black person especially as a new graduate making my way into the industry but since I’m just waiting for a ceremony, let’s get into it.
I’m not allowed to see my sister anymore because she’s in hospital and it’s breaking my heart. I know I’ve not been on here for a while but can we all just hope she gets better soon, she’s genuinely the person who’s always kept me going and I miss her so much😭
can someone just give me a hug lmao I’ve never felt as bad as I do right now and I don’t know how to cope
just got offered free drinks from first class because the steward said and I quote “watching you leave her was one of the hardest things I’ve had to watch, I hope it works out for you two”
after watching me leave my girlfriend at the station
this is the ugly side of long distance, when you’re making a fool of yourself crying your eyes out on the train because you already miss her even though it’s only been five minutes since you left her on the platform
she means the world to me
