BREAKING: A solution to the neocloud problem.
Neoclouds need customers who make money on their GPUs. That's what we built.
We've lowered ↓ the barrier to entry: host your own inference with any open model, and earn ↑ in crypto. All you have to do is type two commands.
1. Set up your website:
yougori run hub/wallet-430f847e1a5a/my-api
2. Host a model on a neocloud GPU and sell it on your site:
yougori run hf.co/Qwen/Qwen3-8B --neocloud --template my-api
You also get a head start: your site launches with Kilo Code's free models already listed, and Codex and OpenCode come set up in their own sandboxes.
Install Yougori from yougori.com. We're open source too: github.com/you-gori/yougori

Pretty much.
As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers.
SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue.
That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.
Yougori 1.1.1 is out. Open source, on GitHub and on our website.
Install the CLI and the desktop app today.
+ Swarm Mining our biggest advance yet in offensive agents, pointed at your own systems under your own authorization
+ Hub share whole setups and sandbox tools, run any of them with one command
+ Sandbox Grid isolated AI workspaces your team can share
+ Neo Grid compute on machines you already own, with NeoCloud rented GPUs attached to the same grid

We ran GLM 5.3 Flash for 3 hours on 4× NVIDIA H200 GPUs, at $15/hour - $45 total.
Reported results:
- 67 security testing attempts
- 7 potential vulnerabilities detected
- 2 reported instances of unauthorized access to the stored wallet
Dear Security Leaders,
We're opening access to #offensive agents you can point at your own product. [email protected]
If an attacker can point an uncensored model at your system, why wouldn't you point it at your own first.
Authorized scope, written permission, sealed sandbox, every move logged.
We are fully capable of hosting a grid of GPUs running the latest uncensored AI models, pointed at your own services.
Every technique they try is logged. Every probe, every attempt, the ones that worked and the ones that didn't. You get the whole record.
Authorized scope and written permission first. Sealed sandbox throughout.
The default move when a company hires a team in another country: open the cloud console, create a VM for each person, and start paying around $200 a month for every one of them.
And the team abroad still ends up holding the company's data.
Sandbox Grid builds those desks on computers the company already owns, from the share each machine can spare. People sign in from anywhere with their own password, a two-step code or the company's single sign-on.
A restricted desk gives them a desktop and nothing else. Files can be uploaded in, nothing can be downloaded out. The clipboard only goes in. The desk has no network of its own. The data stays on the company's machines.
Already on Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 or Omnissa Horizon? Sandbox Grid connects to those too, seating people and taking the seat back when they leave.

We are working really hard to create new jobs. Every road leads to the same calculation: GPU per hour, and getting it to 5x by utilizing and optimizing the compute infrastructure already owned.
Ask yourself: how can I provide 5x the value per GPU/Hour?
We've worked hard on the newest version of Yougori, and we believe it's a new way to get 5x the value from your GPU spend and 3x more profit per GPU-hour.
How it works: as a freelancer, you get a company's permission to test its software, then use uncensored AI to find its bugs and report them. You create your own grid and commit your GPUs to it.
We believe the work is unlimited. Software and APIs are here to stay, and so are their bugs, some of which can cost companies a lot of money.
It's live now, but we're rolling it out very slowly until we're confident everything is safe. You can apply for access at yougori.com.
We're still open source, and we believe in open source. This time, the rollout will just be slower.
If an attacker can point an uncensored model at your systems, why wouldn’t you point one at your own first? We did, with Swarm Mining. Thirty runs, sealed and fully logged. It found a real gap we never planted.
We're opening trusted access to our most capable cyber-defense harness.
It sets uncensored AI models against your own product, the way a real attacker would. You get the full log of every attack.

Local AI speed is a decoding problem, not a hardware problem. A transformer generates one token per forward pass, which leaves the GPU waiting on memory most of the time. Speculative decoding and multi-token prediction verify many tokens per pass, so the same 2020 RTX 3090 gets up to 4.6x faster without buying anything new.
A company can run its own grid on the computers it already owns:
+ Swarm Mining with uncensored models, attacking only your own services
+ Local models that never leave your network
+ Your own permissions for every person and agent
+ Sandboxes on your team’s idle machines
The speed is already in your hardware. Yougori puts it to work. yougori.com
RTX 3090's token generation speed gets up to a 4.6x boost running a 27B LLM through just inference optimizations, opening new doors for older GPUs. 🔗 wccf.tech/1lech
Swarm Mining will change how software gets secured with uncensored LLMs. Instead of fearing what AI can do, we put it to work for you: a swarm of AI agents attacks your service from every angle it can find, and reports each verified way in, so you fix it before anyone else finds it.
On Monday we ship an update. We pointed Swarm Mining at our own sandboxes first and hardened them against everything it found. The update also brings three things built for companies:
+ Closed Swarm Mining: run uncensored AI agents on your company’s idle computers, privately, against your own services.
+ Sandbox Grid: turn employees’ computers into secure sandboxes while they’re not in use, instead of paying for cloud environments.
+ Closed Neo Grid: a private Neo Grid that only your company can use.

They’re pooling idle Macs into a GPU cloud. Don’t let your Windows GPU sit idle put it on the Neo-Grid.
