Rebecca Belote said her 4-year-old Pug, Cha Cha, had been taken home by a veterinary clinic employee and appeared to have recovered. After the family demanded answers, the clinic took him back and euthanized him, according to Belote. The family has filed a complaint with the Georgia State Board of Veterinary Medicine.
