So, it's been a while ( don't ask; bad back etc etc) but it seems the fab TMC team at @JFDDerby haven't missed me! 🤭 Mickey and Dexter seemed tolerably pleased to have me back, while newbies Allan ( nice handshake!) and snuggly Alex & Aspen we're keen to start a chat! 🤗 – at Mackworth, England
Flying solo today for the TMC at @JFDDerby , so not much time for snuggling after taking the minutes & doing roll call.
BUT.
I did meet Ivy.
Ivy slowly started to trust me. That's all she needs; to be able to trust someone. And go home with them.
Could it be you? 🤗❤️ – at Mackworth, England
Easier day for the TMC at @JFDDerby today, so Mickey tried the sad handholding trick that Lilly did last week. His soulmate Zoe wasn't impressed; turns out he was just kidding! Meanwhile, Amber and Mabel were great fun, but little Molly was just an ickle bit wistful... 😟🤗 – at Mackworth, England
It was all about newbies, boarders and PAYING ATTENTION at today's @JFDDerby TMC! Hettie, Duke and scrummy little Tink were all eyes and ears, keen for goss and chat, while heartbreakingly sweet Lilly just wanted to hold hands. 🥰 – at Mackworth, England
As usual, the efficient & skilled TMC team did their tasks at @JFDDerby so quickly today, I got time to shoot the breeze with Wilf and Gigi - 2 of the cheeriest souls I've ever met, & commiserate with Jasper & Aliza, both depressed at the current state of English cricket...😏 🤗 – at Mackworth, England
"There is nothing at @JFDDerby as wonderful as..." 1, a cheery Mickey. 2, the way Danny leans in for a cuddle. 3, encountering the fiercest of guard dogs, Stitch, on his day off, and 4, witnessing Sky starting her new, loved life 🥰 – at Mackworth, England
Marvellous day for the TMC at @JFDDerby ,with the induction of Super Handyman, Ian. Welcome to the A Team, Ian! In other news, it was all about cuteness personified with Olive & Ruby, Best Bearded Boy Farley, and Aliza's angst at missing out on yet another dip in the pool! 🤗🥰 – at Mackworth, England
The @JFDDerby TMC delivered a flawless performance again today, with Rosy & Cait achieving PB's across the board. Meanwhile, Mickey & Zoe were having a mild tiff, Reggie did his best to behave, mighty 16 year old Mini was a hoot, and Aliza told me the funniest joke. Ever! 🥰 – at Mackworth, England
The TMC smashed it this morning @JFDDerby , aided by the awesome Cait. Finishing on time gave us a chance to reflect on why we do this: Mabel, Mickey, Alìza & scrumptious little Max made it clear it was all about Waiting, Hope, Expectation, Dreams and the chance of a Cuddle. 🥰🤗 – at Mackworth, England
Big TMC shift@JFDDerby today, made easy by the team & fab news about how well Paul's adoption is going. Reggie & Pudding were thrilled. Aliza was too (can you tell?🤭) meanwhile, Dexter showed off his sartorial elegance again, & Mickey & Zoe denied they were dating. Again...🥰
So proud of the TMC - totally owned it this morning at @JFDDerby. As you can see, Dexter, Aliza and Mickey were impressed, the Yard Gang Nico, Bella and Theodora took a moment to compliment us, and even cute little boarder Aurora felt our efforts deserved applause! 😋
After a week off herding cats with my grandson, it was back to hot dogs at @JFDDerby today. Mickey was just about coping, while cool dudes Juke and Dexter were unbothered. But 16-week-old boarder Luna the Rottie just exudes sunshine. 🥰
It seems it was " monochrome dogs whose name starts with a 'P' " day at @JFDDerby today, according to (in no particular order...) Poppy, Penny, Princess and Peggy . Sadly, Mickey missed the memo... 🥰
First things first at @JFDDerby TMC today - Adios, Paul, my friend; enjoy your fab new home! So very pleased for you 🥰.
As you can see, the guys are rooting for you, especially newbie couple Holly and Mickey#2 ( the half Dachshund, half fox lunatic!) 🤗
A trifle warm TMC today at @JFDDerby - all the warning signs were there....👅 Mickey, Dexter and newbie Hamish made sure I saw them, and enforcement team Daisy & Nala made sure I complied with hydration protocols. 🥰
Taking it gently at @JFDDerby TMC today, after a week off with a dodgy back. The team were magnificent, and Aliza, Dexter and Mickey were all so sweet and concerned. Even got a 'get well' kiss from the newbie whose name I've forgotten. 🤗🥰
