Hello, X. We're Workframe.
Simple online software that shows a small team who's working, who's away and what everyone is working on.
Built in the UK for teams of 5 to 50, especially four-day weeks, part-time staff and remote teams.

Approved leave, in the calendar you already use.
Subscribe to Workframe's private calendar feed in Google Calendar or Outlook. Request notes are never included.
Remote team?
"Is Sam in today?"
"Where are we with the client report?"
Those shouldn't need two messages. Workframe answers both in one place.

Same task as yesterday? Copy it to today in one click.
A small thing, and one reason a work log takes a minute or two a day, not ten.
Expected time isn't a target.
In Work Logs, expected hours come from each person's working pattern and drop on leave days. It's there to give context, not to watch anyone.
Try a work log in the Workframe demo.
Open it as Staff, write a line about what you did and pick how long it took. That's a day logged.

When someone's hours change mid-year, don't start a new spreadsheet.
In Workframe, add a new working pattern with a start date. Earlier patterns stay on record, and everything from that day follows the new hours.
Part-time? Count holiday in hours.
Someone works three 6-hour days. Their minimum holiday is 5.6 × 18 hours = 100.8 hours a year.
Counting in hours keeps it fair when days are different lengths.
Fair leave for every contract.
Set a full-time reference week once, and Workframe works out each part-time person's allowance from their own pattern. Half days, carry-over and changing hours are built in.

Managers in small teams don't need more dashboards.
They need two answers: who's in today, and where's the work at?
Workframe answers both, in one place.
As Manager in the demo, you can also review the team's work logs.
A few lines from each person about what got done, with expected time next to logged time.
No chasing. No status meeting.
Monday job for managers: approve leave in seconds.
Try it in the Workframe demo as Manager. One list of requests, approve or decline, and the team calendar updates.

A two-minute task for tomorrow morning: open the Workframe demo as Manager and approve Harbour & Pine's waiting leave request.
That's the whole job.

Who still has lots of leave to take?
Workframe's leave overview shows what everyone has taken and what's left, so nobody reaches the end of the year with a pile of unused days.
New month. A quick check for small team managers:
1. Who's off this month?
2. Any weeks with too many people away?
3. Anyone with lots of leave still to take?
4. Any working patterns that need updating?
Your leave year doesn't have to start in January.
Set it to match your business, whether that's January, April or September, and every allowance follows.
