Inspire @RCPCH_and_Us Seeing medical students & trainees delivering high quality research in the plenary sessions š. Chatting 2 several medical students was reassuring about the future of paediatrics. The voice of the CYP before every session was moving & inspiring to the maxš
Reflect @RCPCH_and_Us We must change the model of training med students & PG doctors on how to care for people but give them little understanding of the community & the system they serve. Hidden curriculum is not abstract. I envisage ICBs working with UG & PG 2 fix this anomalyš
Just returned from @RCPCH_and_Us . The voice of CYP must be heard for care to be holistic. They saidā¦, and we must listen always. Look out for my other insights post 2026 celebratory conference.
