I've been self-employed for close to a decade. I've been an agency owner since 2018, and I will tell you this:
My biggest problem and mistake was not learning marketing and sales sooner.
Knowing how to sell is the one thing that will make a huge difference. It's painful, it's uncomfortable, it's yucky until it ain't.
It's the cardio on the treadmill of your business health. It fkn sucks but without it everything else is pointless.
Get good and comfortable with sales.
