We are nearly at the end of the first wave of a 6-month bespoke leadership programme that we have been running with the brilliant Head's of community at the @alzheimerssoc.
- The Action Learning Sets have been overwhelmingly positive, fostering collaboration, shared problem-solving, and a real sense of belonging.
- One participant summed it up perfectly: “More of these please! We’re finding them hugely beneficial for all sorts of reasons.”
Such a talented, committed team and really wonderful to genuinely be cocreating this work with the brilliant learning and talent team, led by the fabulous Lisa Tams.
Because when leaders grow, so does their impact.

Storytelling for Impact: Rethinking How We Listen.
As we celebrate Storytelling Week, it's worth reflecting on how stories shape our understanding of the world and whose stories are truly heard.
In social impact work, storytelling is increasingly recognized as a powerful tool.
"There has been an increased uptake in story-telling approaches in evaluation, such as most significant change and outcomes harvesting, to be more culturally responsive, and inclusive and to bring epistemic pluralism to evaluation.
Yet, current evaluation practices often do not fit with different cultural ways of telling stories, nor are they trauma-informed."
