??? Did they read the same manga? To be fair, Kaiser has never actually laid hands on or struck Ness right??? I mean he threw water at Ness which was pretty mean but it was still far from it. And him tugging on Ness' hair is their own special thing 🙄🙄🙄 If anything, Kaiser hurt himself physically (strangled himself) before he ever did any harm to Ness and Ness was the one who helped him. Otherwise Kaiser just has sharp ways with words and that's understandable for his upbringing.
