Spooky season is almost over and I have to say, this year has been one of the most lacklustre for the indie horror game scene. Halloween is supposed to be THE best time of year to release horror games, yet there’s been barely anything exciting. Just a gazillion demos! 🫤

Horrible gaming trend right now amongst game devs even on the triple A level. Updating the game after release to make it easier. Really lame.
Even though I agree this enemy was horribly programmed, it’s a kick in the teeth 👎
Silent Hill: Townfall received a new updated that nerfs the infamous stalker enemy “The Weight”🚀
✅His grabs are no longer instant-game over
✅Won’t “camp” where the player is hiding
✅Doesn’t search for Simon as aggressively
✅He isn’t going to frequent point of interests many times, or repeat areas he searched for a lot
Do you think this solves the issue? Or does it take away the original “artistic intent” if that’s what was intended?🤔
After being the receiver of both Silent Hill F press and Silent Hill 2 remake press, it saddens me that ‘Influencers’ sell on such special limited gifts, while people like myself cherish them forever.
Also screw the ‘influencer’s’ who sell on gifted Indie Game keys as well.
Proud to be part of the Jury again for Horror Game Awards! 🧡 thanks for having me back 🧡

The reality of a Variety Streamer on TikTok:
39 restrictions, in the last 90 days. All falsely flagged by their AI system. I’ve asked for help and unfortunately haven’t received any. TikTok live is not a place for variety gamers sadly.

If they kept GTA 6 on a physical disc rather than this digital only rubbish, I reckon it would have prevented a leak!
You’d have to physically steal the game!
Completed the Halo Campaign Evolved story last night.. loved it on ps5 however have some issues:
- The last couple of levels are extremely laggy, especially when there’s flood + covey on screen
- The trophies not popping once you complete the game
- Warthog drive feels weird
2 of my biggest inspirations in content creating, in one place ❤️
There’s two things I NEVER thought would happen in my life
1: I would be a supporting role in The Angry Video Game Nerd
2: He would wipe his ass with my head
Thanks so much to @cinemassacre for having me, it was a blast to work on. Life goal complete.

Steams broken the ‘new releases’ tab.. surely this hurts a lot of indie games coming out? I for one use this tab daily to find new unheard of horror games but now it’s impossible! :(
@Steam
Horror games with jumpscares ❌ 1k views
Horror games with catchy music and dancing ✅ 1 million views
💀
Couldn’t agree more.. the chore slop in horror games are getting out of hand..
I don’t wanna mop floors or take the bins out anymore 😭
Also the ramp up in AI stuff is crazy, especially when they use AI voice. Complete turn off
