theres been an enderman living in my attic in minecraft for like a week now i think i should name him
anywho in my experience time commitment and loot grinding were kinda staples to the mmo genre in general so seeing people complain that they have to… commit time to content and…. grind for drops in xiv is so fascinating to me personally
imo alliance raids arent too long the problem is that they made the first 3 mandatory and then tied several relic grinds to them as well and pushed so hard to make the crystal tower series relevant that no one enjoys alliance raids anymore
just like to add to this i get WHY from a story standpoint they did it i just don’t think they fully thought through the consequences of making ONLY that alliance tier mandatory to msq. nor do i think shb is completely unplayable if you skipped the ct raids.
