This is a bit sudden, but Uni is having surgery today.
Recently, we discovered some small stones in Uniβs bladder, even though heβs already on a special prescription diet designed to dissolve certain types of stones.
Uni had been getting regular checkups after recovering from cystitis, so even our vet was puzzled by how suddenly the stones appeared.
Our vet determined that the stones are a type that canβt be dissolved through diet, so they need to be surgically removed and analyzed.
Thankfully, Uni is doing well and acting like his usual self. But if the stones block his urinary tract, it could become life-threatening. Thatβs why we decided to have surgery as soon as possible.
Heβll likely be hospitalized for 3β7 days, which is a bit of a long stay. The surgery itself isnβt considered particularly complicated, but we're still very worried.

still getting harassed for smth that happened over a year ago and that I apologized for. learn to forgive instead of being immature and making jokes abt old drama. It happened and it's in the past now.
I literally have friends who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community and are chill with me even after what happened. I did my part and changed my behavior and realized what I did wrong.
