With this, we also say goodbye to the XRPL. Our XRPL data services that has helped projects with access to XRPL data, developers with statistics and analytics, validators with data for data driven and informed decisions, will be taken offline in the coming weeks.
As the XRPL evolves, we have decided to shut down the explorer prior to the launch of new features, such as extended signer lists and non-fungible tokens. As we work towards moving our forensics to the @XRPLF, the forensics APIs and account submission remains on the website.
Two amendments has been activated on the XRPL: TicketBatch and fixRmSmallIncreasedQOffers.
The first TicketCreate transaction already happened: xrplorer.com/transaction/233…

XRPL reserves are lowered!

📢 After several weeks of Fee voting, the XRP Ledger has finally lowered the Account Base reserve to 10 XRP, and Owner reserve to 2 XRP: xrpscan.com/validators
There seems to be a close race between the validators still voting for 20/5 reserves and 10/2 reserves. At least close enough that the reserves have been flipping back and forth for some days.

"Extended partnership between XRP Ledger Foundation and xrplorer ApS (xrplorer.com) to expand anti money laundering measures, inviting exchanges to join free of charge."
tl;dr @xrpforensics, @Silkjaer: you absolutely rock, and the XRPL ecosystem owes you!
We are excited to invite exchanges to use our advisory list API free of charge in collaboration with @XRPLF. Extended coverage has the potential to substantially impact the use of the XRP Ledger for scams, thefts, laundering and other financial crimes.
The Foundation is pleased to announce that the forensics advisory basic API from @xrplorer will be available free of charge to registered VASPs. Entities will contract with @xrplorer who will ascertain eligibility. xrplf.org/assets/xrplorer-xr…
