There is absolutely no reason for adults to still be reading books when movies exist. You are literal wasting your time staring at paper when you could watch the same story in 2 hours.

One of the things I genuinely want to improve on is honouring invitations and showing up for people on important occasions.
For many years, I have been more likely to send you money or a gift than physically attend your occasion. This has cost me some relationships, and I have been working really hard to change that.
Since August, I have attended two occasions, and I intend to honour more invitations in the coming months.
I always thought that sending money or a gift was enough, but I have come to realise that sometimes, people don't just want your money or gifts. They want your presence, too. They want to see you show up for them, celebrate with them, and be part of their important moments.
It is something I am consciously working on, and I hope to get better at it.
