Wikipedia helped teach AI, and now it's dying because of AI. AI can answer your questions without sending you back to Wikipedia. For decades, volunteers wrote articles, checked facts and corrected mistakes. Their work became a valuable foundation for training AI. But when an AI answer replaces a visit, the source can lose more than a click. Wikimedia has warned that fewer visitors could mean fewer future editors and donors supporting the knowledge everyone relies on. Wikipedia isn't dead. But its story raises a question that reaches far beyond one website: What happens when human contributions become more valuable while the people behind them become less visible? Helping train an AI doesn't automatically give you ownership in it.

Every technological revolution begins by turning something the world once overlooked into something it can no longer function without. The internet transformed how humanity shares information. Large Language Models learned from humanity's words and turned that knowledge into intelligence. Now, the next transformation is beginning. AI is moving from knowing to doing. Today's AI models can explain how to complete almost any task. But the real world doesn't run on explanations. It runs on actions. Every click, decision and workflow represents knowledge about how humans actually get things done. And for AI to move beyond answering questions and start operating software, navigating websites and completing real-world tasks, it needs to learn from those human actions. This makes human behaviour one of the most valuable sources of training data for the next generation of AI. But it raises a much bigger question. If millions of people contribute the actions, decisions and workflows that make AI more capable, why should only a handful of companies own the intelligence and capture the wealth it creates? Today, the most powerful AI systems are largely controlled by Big Tech and a few billionaires. Millions of people contribute to their development. Yet very few have the opportunity to share in their economic success. At Action Model, we're building a different future. A community-owned AI ecosystem trained on real human actions, where people can contribute to building the value, earn rewards for verified participation and have the opportunity to own a piece of the AI ecosystem they're helping create. More than 615,000 people have already joined us. They're not just using another AI product. They're helping build the intelligence that will teach AI how to navigate websites, operate software and complete real-world workflows. Because the next generation of AI won't just be defined by what it knows. It will be defined by what it can do, who teaches it and who gets to own it. AI will shape the next era of technology. We believe the people helping build it should have a stake in its future.

Most NFTs are public the second they mint. Art, traits, rarity — everything visible to the world. @FungoLabs is building the opposite: Encrypted NFTs on Ethereum. Sealed at mint. Only the holder can see inside. Built with Zama’s FHE

The launchpad is next. Other projects will launch their own encrypted collections the same way. Already 3,000+ projects applied. Revenue from everything flows back to Genesis holders.

NFTs that can keep a secret. Fair sealed auctions. Real ownership of upside. This is what encrypted NFTs look like. @FungoLabs Want more variations (more aggressive, more educational, more degen, shorter threads, or focused only on the airdrops

Non-fungible. Non-visible. Encrypted on-chain with fully homomorphic encryption. The first NFTs that can actually keep a secret. Look stays private until you decide to reveal it. stays private forever. Only the holder ever sees what’s inside. Built with FHE on @zama. @FungoLabs

Most NFTs are glass boxes. The second they mint, everyone can see the art, traits, rarity and stats. @FungoLabs fixed that. First encrypted NFTs on Ethereum. Every NFT is sealed at mint using Zama’s FHE. Only the holder can view the Look and Essence. Nobody chooses what you get

What awaits @FungoLabs . Genesis holders? • 4.5% of every sale on the launchpad (including Genesis itself) • 20% of all other platform revenue (creation, bid, royalty, token & pool fees) • 5–20% of every token launched on FungoLabs

• 36% of the entire $FUNGO supply → 1,113,861 FUNGO per NFT Over 3,000 projects already applied to launch. Sealed. Encrypted. Non-visible. Built with FHE on @zama. @FungoLabs

Airbnb co-founder Brian Chesky is calling attention to the gap between Silicon Valley and the rest of society. His message: AI leaders need to stop fighting, talk to regular people and invite society into the conversation. That includes the teacher in Ohio who hears about an AI revolution but feels no part of it. Because for many people, AI feels like something happening to them, not for them. Think about why. They hear about breakthroughs and extraordinary wealth. But they are left wondering what happens to their work, who makes the decisions and where they belong. Ordinary people need ownership in the future of AI. Which is exactly what Action Model aims to do. Join our movement and sign up to our pledge of people-owned AI.
